WHAT INSPIRED IN THE TROPICS?
I love palm trees, I always have. Palm trees encapsulate exotic vibes. Palm trees feel fresh. Palm trees refresh us with the coconuts they birth. This painting was inspired by the abundance of palm trees I’m surrounded by, living in the tropics. As if one is lying on the warm sandy beach; waves crashing; birds chirping; eyes opening up to the blue sky, palm tree dreaming.
